Recognize Your Doctor

At Oneida Health, we are fortunate enough to work with some of the most caring physicians who provide first class medical care to patients in our region. With the celebration of Doctor’s Day on March 30^th, we invite you to recognize a doctor who has given you or your family exceptional care by making a gift to Oneida Health Foundation in their honor. Your gift will help to meet local patient needs and your physician will receive a card acknowledging your gift with a special note just from you. All donations are tax-deductible.

In addition to using our online form below, you can also submit recognition by mailing a completed Doctor’s Day Note (click here) and personal check to the address below. Please make checks payable to: Oneida Health Foundation with “Doctor’s Day” in the memo. We can also accept recognition and credit card donations by phone by calling 315-361-2169.
