Holiday Gift Info:

This year we are excited to offer you a choice in your holiday gift. Each staff member will have the opportunity to choose between a personalized 30 oz. Urban Peak Mug (identical to a Stanley) or a Oneida Health Strong Hoodie.

Our Employee Holiday Gift is meant for all Staff, MPN Providers, and all members of the Medical Staff.

Below are both holiday gift options for you to pick from with descriptions, a sizing chart, and an order form. Click on the images to enlarge them.

When completing the order form, be sure to confirm you receive a confirmation email ensuring your order was completed successfully.

All orders must be completed by the end of the day, Tuesday, October 31.
