Shipping and Returns:
- All items will be shipped to Oneida Health within 4-6 weeks and will be available for pickup at Orchard Hill (301 Genesee Street, Suite E).
- When your order is ready for pickup, the Oneida Health Marketing team will send you an email with pickup instructions. You may also chose to have your item directly shipped to you.
- Due to the customization, all sales are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges.
Backorders: Due to an occasional shortage of promotional items, especially select sizes, there is a chance that an item may become out of stock. If you purchase an item that is not available, you will receive a full refund, or your order will be delayed. We have taken several steps to reduce the probability of this occurring.
Sizing: Sizing charts for each item are available within the online store on the item’s page.
