Hole Sponsor – $500 (18 Available):

• Signature prominently displayed at the tee box of the hole & company name listed in event program
• Sponsor link and logo will be placed on the Oneida Health website.

Golfer Goodie Bag Sponsor – $1000 (2 Available):

• Sponsors will have a limited opportunity to advertise in the golf bags which are provided to every attendee. The ad is a half sheet advertisement and/or item in every golf bag and listed in the tournament program.   (Note: Advertisement and/or item provided by sponsor)

Golden Ticket Raffle Sponsor – $250 (8 Available):

• This sponsorship includes, signage will be prominently placed in the raffle item area. The sponsor can either contribute $250.00, or an item valued at $250.00 or more and will be included in the Golf Classic Program as a Golden Ticket Raffle Sponsor.

Beverage Cart – $250 (2 Available):

• This limited sponsorship includes, sponsor signage with prominent placement on the beverage cart which is used throughout the golf tournament to distribute beverages to the golfers/sponsors.

Longest Drive/Closest to the Pin Contest Sponsor (1 of each available):

• Sponsor signage will be placed at the registration area, in the tournament program and online
