What is an audiologist?
Audiologists are highly trained healthcare professionals that hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited university. They are the only professionals trained and licensed to specifically identify, evaluate, diagnose and treat non-medical hearing and balance disorders for all ages.
By virtue of their graduate education, professional certification and licensure, Audiologists are the most qualified professionals to perform hearing tests. Audiologists conduct a wide variety of tests to determine the exact nature of an individual’s hearing problem and present a range of treatment options for these patients.
