The Canastota-Lenox Health Center is staffed by Dr. Thomas Cummings, Dr. Jeffery Mulholland, Dr. Kelly Weaver, Dr. Michael Siegenthaler, and Kristin Suchowiecki, PA, and their dedicated support staff. What We Provide:
The medical staff at Canastota-Lenox diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in both adults and children. Services include routine physicals, follow-up care, sick and well-child care, EKGs, hearing testing, and laboratory testing services. Physicians at Canastota-Lenox also provide pre-employment physicals and follow-up care to employees injured on the job.

Lab Draw Convenience!
We conveniently offer lab draw services for patients at Oneida Health Canastota Lab Draw, which is located in an attached medical office to Canastota Lenox Health Center. They provide walk-in visits Monday-Friday from 6am-2pm, closed daily from 12-12:30.

COVID-19 Precautions

We continue to take every precaution to keep our patients and staff safe from COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. From pre-appointment screening to total room disinfection, we are here to keep you safe.
Until further notice, we will continue to restrict visitors from attending patient appointments. A visitor is only permitted in the following cases:
– Pediatric patients (17 and under) will be allowed one parent
– Any patient requiring physical assistance to get into the building will be allowed one visitor to assist
them until an Oneida Health employee is able to assist
