Oneida Health Chittenango Family Care is located at 153 West Genesee Street in Chittenango directly across from the Chittenango High School. Parking is free and conveniently located near the front entrance.

Chittenango Family Care is staffed by Joyce Tibbett, DO, Thomas Chmelicek, MD, FAAFP, CCFP, and Kathryn Dolan, FNP, and their dedicated support staff. Together, they share a singular vision for a comprehensive approach to your personal care and the entire family.

Lab Draw Convenience!
We conveniently offer lab draw services for patients at Oneida Health Chittenango Lab Draw located downstairs on the 1st floor. They provide walk-in visits Monday-Friday from 6am-2pm, closed daily from 12-12:30.
