COVID-19 Precautions

Due to COVID-19, our open hours for the Breastfeeding Cafe have been cancelled until further notice. We will offer 1:1 sessions in place of the cafe on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month by appointment only. Moms may call the hospital labor & delivery unit at 315-361-2065 to schedule an appointment. Lactation services will still be available, but will not be conducted in a group format. Thank you for your cooperation and stay safe!

Comprehensive, Maternal Health Care

Oneida Health provides Pre & Perinatal services for people who are without insurance, or who qualify for Medicaid, at our Maternal Health Center. These services are provided through the Medicaid Assisted Pregnancy Program (formerly PCAP).

  • Comprehensive, caring prenatal care with delivery in the Lullaby Center at Oneida Health
  • Accepting Medicaid & Family Health Plus from Madison and Oneida County
  • If you currently do not have insurance, we can complete the Medicaid application at your first appointment.
  • Hours of operation: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday – 9am-4pm

Specialty Charges/Pricing

The estimated price will be based on what services are expected to be provided during your office visit. Many factors will influence the actual amount you will be billed, including whether the provider finds it necessary to perform more, fewer or different procedures than originally expected at the time of service.
