Congrats Amanda, Christopher, and baby Sebastian!
Oneida, NY – Congratulations to Amanda and Christopher Zangari, from Rome, on their beautiful baby boy, Sebastian Michael Zangari – the first baby of the New Year born in Madison County. He made his debut on the 1st of January at 1:41 am at Oneida Health’s Lullaby Center. Baby Sebastian weighed a healthy 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 3/4 inches long.
