Chittenango, NY (April 28, 2026) – Oneida Health proudly recognizes 11 supervisors who were honored during the Supervisor of the Year Awards Ceremony hosted by BRiDGES, at Clearpath for Veterans on Wednesday, April 14th. Out of 27 supervisors nominated across participating organizations, 14 nominations were from Oneida Health for a total of 11 supervisors, culminating in Oneida Health receiving the inaugural Workplace Wellness Impact Award.
Oneida Health was honored to be recognized alongside so many outstanding organizations throughout Madison County. Being included in such an inspiring group made the recognition especially meaningful. It was a powerful reminder of the strength and dedication that define our community.

The honored supervisors were recognized for the way they consistently pour into their teams by mentoring, encouraging, and creating spaces where people feel supported and able to do their best work. Their leadership goes far beyond daily responsibilities; it shows up in the quiet moments, the tough days, and the countless ways they help their teams feel seen and valued. And while this recognition highlights their impact, it also reflects the dedication of the entire Oneida Health team, whose collective commitment makes our organization a place where exceptional care and genuine support thrive.
Among the nominees from Oneida Health were Tammy Carpenter, Brian Dodge, Lori Farrell, Rebecca Jones, Breanna Kinney, Abbey Lewis, Travis Martin, JoAnn Nash, Karen Poole, Sara Reinhardt, and Angela Rotach.

“Thank you to our employees for taking the time to nominate these exceptional leaders, and to our supervisors who consistently go above and beyond for their teams,” said Carol Opee‑Stelios, Vice President of Human Resources at Oneida Health. “This recognition speaks not only to their leadership, but to the commitment shared across our entire workforce and the people who make Oneida Health what it is.”
